Der Speicherspezialist Apacer hat mit dem Mega Steno AM401 einen 4-Slot-Cardreader im USB-Stick-Format herausgebracht. Unterstützt werden alle wichtigen Speicherkarten wie SG, MMC, Memory Stick – es fehlt aber Compact Flash. Dank USB 2.0 soll der Stick Übertragungsraten von bis zu 19,1 MB/s (lesen) und 8,3 MB/s (schreiben) erlauben. Wann der Stick auf den deutschen Markt kommt, steht noch nicht fest.
